Any transcript. Riffmap reads it by its shape, not its name.
Keep the notetaker you have. Its transcript — Zoom, Teams, Webex, Otter, Circleback, Fathom, Google Meet, or plain text — is the whole input. Get back the map.

How the transcript travels
Every door is a push. Count the stops.
Riffmap never logs in and never pulls, so a transcript is always sent. The fewer the stops, the less you ever do.
Pushes on its own
Circleback · FathomTwo pastes on your account page, once. Fathom's webhook needs "Include transcript" ticked.
Download, then send
Zoom · Teams · Webex · Otter · Google MeetDownload the transcript, send it with your key; it arrives untitled until you name it on its page. Meet: read so far against a mock of the Doc, not a real export.
Through Zapier or Make
Otter · FirefliesOtter: a new transcript triggers a POST of its text (it lands untitled). Fireflies: the flow fetches the transcript from its API in a Code step, and keeps the title and date.
By its API
GranolaBusiness plan: a short script of yours reads Granola's API and sends the transcript. No script ships yet.
Or just text
Speaker: what they saidA pasted chat included. The clock is estimated; the map says "approx".
No "Connect" button. Your key is minted by whoever runs your Riffmap and handed to you once. Ask for an invitation →
The other half of the promise
What Riffmap never does.
There is no bot.
No vendor API, no vendor key. Everything arrives by push.
A transcript with no speaker names is refused — never a made-up speaker.
A wrong word is fixed by hand, never by a quiet re-run.
Where the transcript goes
One private portal per team.
Google sign-in, invite-only.
On its own page. Nothing is silently changed.
The same file again reruns nothing; a changed file keeps its corrections.
Send one transcript. See it drawn.
Invite-only while Riffmap is small. Tell us which notetaker you use.
One private portal per team, Google sign-in. Riffmap never joins or records a call.
