Invitation
This is the door.
Your notetaker writes the minutes. Riffmap draws the meeting. It is invite-only while it is small — pictured is the portal's own request page: two fields, and a person who reads them. It is the next thing you will see.
On Riffmap's own portal, app.riffmap.ai. Nothing on this site collects anything.

Open the real page → Three steps above two fields; the middle step is a person.
What to send
Two fields. The second is optional.
No password, no company, no "how did you hear about us".
Google account email
The account you would sign in withGoogle sign-in only — the invite is made for this address.
Anything the owner should know optional
Which notetaker you useCircleback, Fathom, Zoom, Teams, Webex, Otter, Fireflies, Granola, Google Meet, or plain text. The first thing we do is make sure it has a door. How each one gets in →
Only the instance owner sees what you type. Riffmap creates no account and sends you no email — if the owner invites you, signing in with that Google account simply works.
What is behind it
One private portal. Every call you send, drawn.

Google sign-in, invite-only.
A brainstorm gets the boards; a sales call and an interview get their own views.
Nothing is silently changed.
Riffmap does not join, record, or log in to your notetaker.

Who reads it
A person, not a queue.
A person reads every request and invites by hand. Riffmap is invite-only because every map is a model run that costs real money, so the door is a person rather than a form that opens by itself.

Send one transcript. See it drawn.
The Google account you would sign in with, and which notetaker you use.
The request is made on Riffmap's own portal. Riffmap creates no account and sends you no email.
